Robert D. Moser Jr. is the chief executive officer of Clark Construction. In this role, provides executive direction for Clark’s national operations and asset solutions, which range from real estate development and financing to construction and technology integration.

For Clark’s 5,100 team members, Robby fosters a company culture that thrives on innovation, integrity, relationships, and community involvement.

Under his leadership, Clark has delivered projects that define the local and national landscape, including the National Museum of African American History and Culture, Chase Center, Inova Schar Cancer Institute, the New Single Terminal at Kansas City International Airport, David Geffen Galleries at LACMA, and the I-495 Express Lanes Northern Extension (495 NEXT).

He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
